A Webflow site can pass its launch checks while a campaign page leaves buyers uncertain. The offer might be clear to your team but vague to a first-time visitor. A form may look complete without explaining what submitting it starts.
Submit the exact public page you want to improve. The audit reviews that one page and turns supported findings into a practical implementation brief for your Webflow editing workflow.
- Beyond site health
- Review the campaign page's buying decision.
- Forms need context
- Explain the action and confirm its outcome.
- Safe editing brief
- Name the element and how to verify it.
Start with these checks
Choose the landing URL
Audit the published campaign or Collection item visitors actually open.
Check offer and proof
Place relevant evidence before asking a visitor to commit.
Inspect the form
Keep clear field labels and explain why you need each required detail.
Review page settings
Check that the selected page's metadata describes its specific content.
Test the handoff
Submit a controlled test yourself and confirm the message, destination and receiving system.
Use site health as a starting point
Webflow's health scan checks hosting, performance settings, design signals and SEO setup. Its metadata checks cover the homepage, so a campaign page still needs its own review. That makes the exact submitted URL important.
A healthy configuration does not tell you whether the offer answers a buyer's question. Read your page in decision order: what is this, is it for me, why should I trust it, and what happens next? Use Improve My Page to examine those questions alongside the public page's technical signals.
Review the form's promise and its result
Webflow forms have editable normal, success and error states. Review all three in the form settings. The normal state should explain the commitment; the success state should acknowledge the action and describe the next step. An error should leave the visitor with a useful recovery route.
Make a controlled submission yourself to verify where data goes and whether the intended notification or redirect works. A public page review cannot establish inbox delivery, lead quality or CRM processing. Mark those as manual checks rather than treating a visible form as proof of a working journey.

Request a product demo → Request received. Our team will contact you to arrange a demo.
Use this only for a request form with that actual follow-up. A button opening an immediate booking calendar needs different wording.
Check the selected page and its Collection values
In Webflow, go to Pages panel, Page settings, then SEO settings to edit a page's title and description. Collection pages can use a pattern populated from Collection fields. Inspect the actual published item: a complete template does not prove that every field was filled with useful content.
Keep the title, visible heading and offer consistent. A service page should not carry metadata left over from another campaign. Publish the change and inspect the public result; a saved editor change is not the same as a published page.
Give the editor a finding they can locate
A useful brief names the page section, the visible element and the reason for changing it. Before altering a class or component, check where it is reused. Decide whether the fix belongs only to this page or should apply to those other instances too.
Prioritize the action or uncertainty that matters most to this page's goal. Verify the changed layout on mobile, check the destination and complete any form test. Improve My Page does not connect to your Workspace, edit the site or inspect your entire conversion funnel. Use analytics separately to judge what happens after the change.
Turn the diagnosis into a change
Take the next step
Implement the attached finding on this Webflow landing page. Identify the affected element and check whether its class or component is shared. Preserve working destinations and required form fields unless the brief explicitly changes them. Verify narrow and wide layouts, form labels, success and error copy, and the published page metadata. Record any submission or CRM checks the owner must complete.

Questions before you change it
How is this different from Webflow's health scan?
Webflow's scan checks site configuration and selected health signals. This audit focuses on one public landing page, including its offer, proof, actions and implementation priorities. The two reviews have different scopes.
Do I need to install a Webflow app?
No. Submit a publicly accessible URL. You apply the recommendations in your own Webflow workflow.
Can the audit confirm that my Webflow form delivers leads?
No. It can review page-visible form friction, but you need a controlled submission to verify delivery, redirects and any connected systems.
